Lawsuit Information
Starbucks
This is an action brought on behalf of a class of consumers who are lactose intolerant. The Complaint alleges that Starbucks discriminated against lactose intolerant consumers between 2018 and the present when Starbucks imposed a $.50 – $.80 surcharge for dairy-free alternatives such as soy, oat, almond, vegan, or lactose-free milk added to their beverages. This surcharge violates the ADA and numerous other state consumer protection statutes. Contact us for free to find out more about whether you have a claim and what your recovery may be.
