Keith Gibson is an attorney with twenty-five years of combined law firm and in-house counsel experience as both a litigator and corporate counsel. Representing clients in federal and state courts in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, Keith has significant experience in TCPA, FCRA, breach of contract and consumer fraud class actions in state and federal courts. He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation matters including complex commercial cases, construction claims, product liability, mechanic’s lien, foreclosure, and collection cases. Keith’s philosophy is to work towards a prompt business solution at the lowest cost possible, but if a resolution is not possible, Keith will lead the client’s representation at trial.
Keith has worked as an in-house counsel responsible for general corporate matters, contract negotiation and drafting, and regulatory compliance. Keith has counseled clients on their day-to-day business matters as well as negotiated complex contracts for sales, distribution, supply, SaaS, international and marketing.
