BOGDAN ENICA, ESQ.

Bogdan has spent his career focusing on all areas of litigation and Fashion Law and the legal issues typically faced by designers and fashion brands, as well as fashion models, influencers, and other industry actors. His area of expertise covers intellectual property protection, right to publicity, corporate responsibility, and fair competition. Bogdan is well versed in design patents, right of publicity, celebrity/model, influencer contracts, startup legal challenges, and complex litigation.

As a barrister, solicitor and civil-law notary Bogdan has global expertise in cross-border transactions and national compliance, international corporate and business transactions, and cross-border dispute resolution and enforcement.

Bogdan is a regular keynote speaker at international seminars, fashion weeks, trade shows, and industry events. He is licensed to practice law in several jurisdictions in the US and Canada and has gained global insight by working in law firms in China, Latvia, Canada and the United States.

When Bogdan is not working, he enjoys traveling. So far he’s visited 45 countries on six continents!
